Cameron Lowe passed away in hospital about 1.30pm today after being attacked outside a Hungry Jacks restaurant in Pakenham, in Melbourne's south, early Sunday morning.
A BASHED teenager posted his final thoughts on Facebook, unaware he was dying.
In a string of haunting messages, Cameron Lowe described his pain and confusion at being bashed just hours before falling into a coma.
The 17-year-old died late yesterday in Melbourne's The Alfred hospital after being taken off life support.
Cameron was walking home from McDonald's in Pakenham after a few drinks on Saturday night with his older brother and friends when he was caught up in a verbal conflict with a group of 10 to 20 youths.
Police allege one youth punched Cameron to the ground,Christian Louboutin Guerriere 120 suede ankle boots, causing him to smash his head on the road.

When Cameron failed to wake on Sunday, his older brother phoned paramedics and performed CPR until they arrived.
By then Cameron's heart had stopped beating and his brain had swollen.
"If only someone had read your status earlier Cam," a friend later posted on his Facebook page.
His aunt, Julie Lowe Lim,Christian Louboutin Patent Pump, said Cameron's friends failed to recognise he needed medical attention.
"Apart from the obvious signs that he had a massive headache and he felt sick, unless they'd done some sort of St John Ambulance course or something like that, they would have just thought it was the alcohol," she said.
"It's just so sad they didn't have the knowledge that could have saved him."
Mrs Lowe Lim said the altercation that led to his death may have started over childish name-calling as the two groups crossed paths.
"This guy went nuts on him. It was purely just a quick and unprovoked attack," she said.
The second oldest of eight children, Cameron loved playing video games and wanted to become a baker.
"Cam was a beautiful boy,Christian Louboutin Ron Ron 100 black pump," Mrs Lowe Lim said.
"He had his grandfather's eyes. His older brother and he were almost inseparable. If one was without the other, the other one would be lost."
A 17-year-old boy handed himself into police yesterday afternoon and was released, pending further inquiries. No charges had been laid last night.
